     Heavy Highway Vehicle Tax Returns

Baratta Enterprises, Inc., is now
processing heavy highway vehicle use tax returns (IRS FORM 2290). This permit is required in order to register at the combined gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more. The reporting period is a fiscal year. You MUST Process this permit before the end of August 2008 to avoid penalties from the IRS.
