All IRP Member Jurisdictions will be implementing “Full Reciprocity” for the International Registration Plan (IRP).  The new rules will apply for registration periods beginning 1/1/15 or later.  Cab-cards will list all jurisdictions enabling carriers to operate without the added expense of adding jurisdictions or of buying trip permits.  Each IRP renewal fee will be charged based on the fleet’s actual reporting period distance.
