We have been chosen through the DMV Business Partner Automation Program and a specail IRP piolt program to provide the public with
Apportioned plates, Temporary registration and stickers on the spot. You can now walk into our office and walk out iwth your temporary
apportioned registration, plates and sticker.
Heavy Highway Vehicle Tax Returns
Now Processing
Baratta Enterprises is now processing heavy highway
vehicle use tac returns (IRS FORM 2290). This permit
is required in order to register at the combined
gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more. The
reporting period is a fiscal year. You MUST Process
this permit before the end of August 2004 to avoid
penalties from the IRS and take advantage
of the quarterly payments.

In preparation for the 2005 renewal, we are urging everyone to renew all of the interstate
permits no later than July 31, 2004. Some of the interstate permits take as long as 3 months to receive.
No Grace Period for Single State Permit
Remember;
There is no grace period for your single state permit. Please renew this permit
as soon as we send you the notice.
Keep your IFTA account current!
Avoid expensive fines
I.F.T.A. (State board of Equalization) will not issue your 2005 decals if your account is delinquent.
If you do not complete your 4th quarter tax report before 1/31/05 your decals will not be mailed
(remember the grace period ends 2/28/05). IFTA employees will be waiting for you at various ports of
entries to check all interstate carriers. The fines are very expensive.
