SCHEDULE B Mileage Form is automatically generated. This form is state approved and accepted. Print and submit with your IRP application.

TOTAL FEE
TOTAL FEE sheet automatically calculates fees used to complete Schedule C and Summary Page. These fees are calculated when user enters vehicle specific information in the DATA ENTRY sheet. Cell Z3 is the total fee amount due for the apportioned registration.

DATA ENTRY
DATA ENTRY user manually enters vehicle specific data in cell B1 through Q1 then enters total actual (A) and/or estimated (E) miles by state in cells T3 through U53.

MILES
MILES sheet shows total actual (A) and/or estimated (E) miles by state and computes mileage percentages that are used to calculate state apportioned fees.
